We are saddened to find out today that NYC lost a legendary skater yesturday. Skateboarder Andy Kessler passed on August 10th due to an allergic reaction. He was a legendary pioneer in the NYC skate scene and more recently became a huge influence in the skateboarding community and culture.NYMag had a great article featuring Andy and even an old school photo of his that can be read here.
